First, from the entry point, it is a 150-meter walk to the waterfall, which takes 30 minutes.
2. Amrutdhara Falls (44 km)
Amrutdhara is created on the seasonal stream amid the forest and hill-faced rocks. This small waterfall, which comes to life even during the monsoon season, is a wildlife lover’s dream come true. This waterfall is divided into two parts. Although bathing here is inconvenient, it is possible to slide. To reach the falls, one must descend a kilometre-long, steep path from the entrance gate. It takes about an hour to visit the falls.
3. Manyam View Point (59 km)
Manyam View Point is located 13 km from the Maredumilli bus stand, at a unique angle on the Rajahmundry-Bhadrachalam Expressway, adjacent to Maredumilli in the East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh. Located between the Amrutadhara and Jaltarangini waterfalls, it is one of the most popular tourist attractions of Maredumilli.
4. Bhupathipalem Reservoir (5.7 km)
A medium-sized irrigation project known as the Bhupathipalem Lake Project is built on the Seethapalli Vagu, a tributary of the Konda and Godavari Rivers; the project aims to provide irrigation facilities and basic sanitation to 11,526 hectares of tribal land for 32 communities in the Rampachodavaram and Gangavaram mandals of the East Godavari region. A large number of evergreen and pine trees surround the reservoir. With huge peaks in the background, the reservoir has a small island with underwater trees.
5. Sokuleru Vagu View Point (59 km)
Sokuleru Vagu View Point is a scenic viewpoint located 21 km from Chintur and 30 km from Maredumilli on the Bhadrachalam – Maredumilli road in the East Godavari region of Andhra Pradesh. Tourists can get a full view of the Sokuleru Vagu flowing into the dense forests and beautiful mountains of the Eastern Ghats from this place.
